1. Service and Independence

Rainbow Magic Fairy Name Finder provides a free public first-name lookup and a fan-curated catalog of character titles. It is independently operated and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by the Rainbow Magic publishers, authors, illustrators, or other rights holders.

Rainbow Magic names, book covers, and related properties belong to their respective owners. Cover images are cached as versioned same-origin static assets for title identification, and each displayed cover retains an Orchard Series Books source link. Caching and attribution do not claim a licence, affiliation, or endorsement. The site's original software, layout, explanatory copy, and fallback identity-card artwork belong to their respective creators.

2. Who May Use the Site

You may use the site if local law permits you to do so. If you are below the age at which you can consent to online services in your location, use the site with a parent or guardian. Do not send us sensitive personal information.

3. How the Lookup Works

The finder normalizes a submitted first name and checks for an exact match in the site's catalog. It does not use fuzzy matching or invent a random substitute. Catalog information may contain mistakes or become outdated, so verify important reading or purchase decisions with a library, bookseller, publisher, or another authoritative source.

4. No Account or Purchase Required

The public finder and catalog currently require no account and offer no paid product. A separate Refund Policy explains this current status. If paid functionality is ever introduced, new purchase terms will be presented before a transaction.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not interfere with the site, bypass security or rate limits, scrape it in a way that harms availability, submit unlawful material, impersonate others, or use the service to infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Availability and Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted service, complete catalog coverage, or error-free results. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, educational, or purchasing advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
